This was my first time ever buying a house. I did my research but didn't know everything. Mr. Palkovic did a lot of work for me getting me qualified for the home I wanted and finding different programs and help that I didn't know was available. He was very attentive to my loan process and made sure everything proceeded quickly and efficiently.
