In our office we are consistently invested in our Loan Officers’ business. We step in when there is a challenge and work with the necessary players in order to accomplish our goal of closing the loan. My business partner and I do weekly reviews with our LO’s on their loans in process and pre-approvals. We aim to catch any issue before it gets close to the settlement date. Our office is a relaxed atmosphere but very serious when it comes to customer satisfaction.
When looking for a top-producing loan officer, we seek someone who will be respectful of others and work well with those around them. We want team members who see the great things Embrace does for the sales team and appreciate the efforts of the support staff.
We hired a marketing specialist to assist our loan officers in connecting with their referral partners. This includes mailers, social media, events, and emails.
