Guy Silas leads our Rockville regional office as Branch Manager. Guy brings his more than twenty five years of bank lending and management experience to our team and expects to not only serve our existing team of lenders, but to grow and recruit the group. In less than one year with Embrace, he has successfully added four new loan officers to our dynamic team with many others in the interview process. Guy is extremely active in the marketplace as well as on social media, with the goal of raising brand awareness, corporate culture, and good news Embrace has to offer both recruits and clients.

Guy will continue to serve his past clients and referral partners as a highly knowledgeable lender, structuring and counseling clients and real estate agents alike, supporting complicated tax return and income situations, and helping to make the dream of home ownership a reality within our community.
