Matthew worked with us over the course of a year as we started the process of building our home. At each step, he clearly communicated all of the steps involved regarding finances and making sure that everything would be set for closing. We felt comfortable and reasured with the way the information was conveyed to us and appreciated that the numbers and projected payments were accurate. When it came time to closing, he clearly broke down each line item to make sure we understood everything which was getting added to the total costs. Throughout the whole process, I also really appreciated how accessible Matthew made himself to us.
