Overall, our experience was very good. There were a few times during the signing process where we had to reach out to clarify details that I felt should've been proactively clarified by the team. Also, there were some technical glitches with Embrace's website that resulted in us having trouble accessing our loan documents. While the customer service was good in general, I found these things to be a bit of a nuisance, as I had to push to accomplish steps that could've been smoother.
